How it works

  1. Take a look at our live vacancies, find one that appeals to you and apply. You can use our free CV template to make the process easier.

  2. Our friendly team will contact you within 24 hours to book in a pre-interview.

  3. In your pre-interview you will be asked a few questions relating to the role you’re applying for and the company it’s based at, on a video call.

  4. If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to an interview with the employer. If unsuccessful, we can provide feedback and offer you further employment support.

  5. You meet the employer for an official in-person job interview. It's a chance for you to show why you're the best person for the job, and ask any questions you may have.   

  6. If you’re successful, you’ll be given a start date at your new job and you’ll meet your Learning and Skills tutor who will support you through the training side of your apprenticeship.

Curriculum Vitaes (CVs) are most useful to employers when they are concise and clear; demonstrating your skills, abilities and any relevant experience you have. 

That’s why we’ve created an interactive CV template, for you to fill in and use to apply for any vacancies you’re interested in.

Apprenticeship levels

 

When you browse our programmes, you’ll notice there are different levels of apprenticeships.

Each level is equivalent to a different qualification:

Level 2 - Intermediate (equivalent to GCSEs)
Level 3 - Advanced (equivalent to A Levels) 
Level 4-5 - Higher Education level 
Level 6 - Degree equivalent

Entry requirements vary for different apprenticeships, so be sure to read our vacancies carefully before applying.
